AI credits are used to perform AI-related tasks. Each task consumes 1-5 credits depending on complexity.

Can I get a refund?
Full refunds are available within 7 days of subscription. After 7 days, refunds are prorated. Credit packages are non-refundable.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. After cancellation, your Pro features continue until the end of the current billing period.
Do credits expire?
Weekly credits from your subscription reset each week. However, purchased credit packages never expire and can be used anytime.
What payment methods are supported?
We process payments through Stripe, supporting major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Apple Pay/Google Pay in supported regions.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
