4.0.69 and 4.0.70: sync no longer reads outdated cloud content

4.0.69 and 4.0.70 fix two cases where sync could read outdated cloud content.

Sync

  • Fixed a rare case where syncing against a stale view of the cloud could swap content you had just saved back to an older version (for example, a blank file) on this device.
  • Fixed an issue where, on a weak or stalled connection, sync could read an outdated version of the cloud copy.

How to update

When you see “New version available”, press “Update now”.

If you don’t see the prompt: on the web, close every Slima tab and open it again. For the installed app, quit it completely and reopen it.

If the conflict still shows up after updating

Don’t press any button yet. Take a screenshot with the message at the top and the text inside the window both in it, and send it to service@slima.ai, or tell us on Discord.
