Need an invoice for company reimbursement? Stripe Customer Portal is the only source.

Account → Subscription: Manage Subscription opens Stripe Customer Portal for invoices/receipts

How to get invoices

  1. Slima Account → Subscription
  2. Click "Stripe Portal"
  3. In the Portal → "Billing history" / "Past orders"
  4. Click any → download:
    • PDF invoice
    • PDF receipt

Company name / VAT / Tax ID

Add at subscription time:

First subscription

At Stripe Checkout, in the "Add billing address / VAT" section:

  • Company name
  • Company address
  • VAT / Tax ID

Change later

Stripe Portal → "Billing info" → edit.

The change applies to future invoices; prior invoices can't be edited (already-issued invoices are immutable).

Multi-person / shared invoice

A Slima account is personal — but the invoice can carry a company name.

If the company buys and employees share:

  1. Company representative signs up + subscribes with personal email
  2. Fill company info at subscribe time
  3. Invoices show the company

"I don't see my invoice"

A few possibilities:

  • New subscription < 24h — Stripe hasn't generated the PDF yet (usually within 1h)
  • No transaction during trial — no charge yet, no invoice
  • Pack add-on is immediate — usually 1–5 min

After 48h still missing → Contact support.

Invoice language

Stripe defaults to your account's locale (per Stripe).
