Select content: which chapters get read

You don't have to read the whole book — first few chapters or specific ones is fine.
How to pick
The set-up screen's top-left has a chapter list:
- Nothing is selected to begin with — you pick the files to be read
- Click any chapter → toggle
- Select all: press Ctrl/Cmd + A
- Clear the selection: press Esc, or right-click the chapter list and choose "Clear selection"
- To test only the opening, just check the first few chapters yourself (or clear the selection and tick only those)

Why test only part
- Just the opening: "Does the opening hook?" is the earliest reader-drop point
- Just new chapters: older chapters already tested; check the new ones
- Around a plot turn: see how readers react before and after

Screenplays
A screenplay is a .script file in the book's own file tree — one episode per file — so it turns up in this list beside your chapters. Tick the episodes you want read and leave the rest out. Word count and the estimate are worked out from the screenplay as it reads on the page, not from the file's raw data.
The rest of the tree doesn't come along. A relationship map, a beat board, a timeline, a map or a plain data file isn't manuscript, so clicking one doesn't add it to the selected content — only chapters and screenplays do.
An older Script Studio project works differently: there is no file list, the whole script is auto-assembled (in the preview format) and read as one unit, and there's no scene-level or act-level include / exclude.
