Slima has 4 plans: Free / Starter / Pro / Team. Exact prices, quotas, and credits at slima.ai/plans (subject to change). This article: the shape of each tier — who it's for, when you'll naturally upgrade.
What each tier is for

Team is in closed beta. There is no self-serve checkout for it — teams are set up by hand, so write to us rather than looking for a Buy button.
Natural upgrade triggers
Not "I hit the word limit." The real triggers:
- More than one book — Free is small; Starter and up expands
- AI Coach becomes part of your routine — chat / analysis ops draw on a quota
- AI Beta Readers / Editor — starts at Starter and gets roomier further up
- Working with people — Team only
Bought once, not subscribed
A few things are a one-off purchase rather than part of a plan. A provenance certificate is one of them: if your plan doesn't already cover certificates for your books, you can buy one for a single book from that book's Writing Journey page.
