Two paths:

After purchase

  • Immediate — credits added to balance instantly
  • No expiry — Pack credits don't reset at month start

Effect on subscription tier

Pack purchase doesn't restrict your tier — Free can buy Packs too. Pro subscription benefits remain.

Refunds / cancellation
