Options:

  • Upgrade → /plans
  • Cancel this persona → don't add
  • Swap existing → drop a previously-selected, add this

Why a cap

Personas read in parallel — more = more AI calls. The cap is cost control, not a technical limit.

Workaround: run in batches

Want more coverage without upgrading:

  1. Run 1: pick 3 personas (Starter cap)
  2. Run 2: pick a different 3
  3. Compare the two reports — same effective coverage
