Scene Board: 3 modes + Episode/Season toggle + structure templates

قراءة 5 دقيقة

The Scene Board (Scenes view) is Script Studio's most central work surface. See an episode's / season's scene structure, pacing, character appearances, storyline threading — at a glance.

Slima Script Studio Scenes view + Choose a Structure: top Episode / Season toggle, Board / List / Timeline modes, Compact / Detailed density

Three modes + Season view

Top of the page toggles how scenes are displayed:

Mode Surface Shows
Board (default) Card grid, Trello-style Pacing — how scenes distribute across acts / beats
List Compact table, scene-by-scene Details — many scenes' metadata at once
Timeline Horizontal scroll, length bars Duration — relative scene length and sequence

First entry to Scenes view shows a "Three views" hint: "Board: pacing. List: details. Timeline: duration." — exactly as i18n confirms.

Episode / Season toggle

Top toggle switches between Episode (single episode) and Season (whole season):

  • Episode: scenes in the currently selected episode only
  • Season: all scenes across the season's episodes

In Season view, the board often uses Episodes as columns and scenes as rows (depending on mode).

Card density (Compact / Detailed)

Available in every mode:

  • Compact: title + storyline colour only
  • Detailed (default): title + summary + character chips + location + time

See: Board / List modes · Timeline / Season modes

First entry to Scene Board

Triggers the "Choose a Structure" dialog — pick a template (Three-Act / Taiwanese TV / Kishotenketsu / Freytag) or custom template.

After picking, the Scene Board lays out columns by the chosen structure.
